SUCCESS is one of the premier voices in coaching, mentoring, and personal development - a magazine since the 1800s, now a digital media company reaching small and midsize businesses, entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, coaches, and trainers. They own the Jim Rohn and Zig Ziglar libraries and decades of audio, video, and editorial. They came to us through our enterprise work with NeuroGym - former NeuroGym team members who'd seen what we could build wanted the same for SUCCESS.

They had 80,000+ pieces - MP3s, PDFs, courses, articles, events, decades of archives - that needed structure. They were primarily ad-revenue driven, so the site needed a robust advertising solution. And they had a bigger ambition waiting: launch a full membership platform and move their entire community onto it, without disrupting the business.

01 Rebuild SUCCESS.com

New high-performance hosting on RapidCloud, a full WordPress redesign, curation of 80,000+ pieces of content, a complete content taxonomy and publishing infrastructure, SEO improvements, and a robust advertising solution for their ad-driven model. Delivered in about 3 months.

02 Custom Bestseller Integration

A custom integration with a major book retailer so SUCCESS bestseller content flowed in automatically — opening a new revenue stream on the rebuilt site.

03 Launch MySUCCESS+ (The Membership Platform)

The full membership build: WordPress, BuddyBoss, LearnDash, JetEngine, WooCommerce + Subscriptions, and the complete Gamplify suite. We migrated 80,000 members (now 100K+), built tiered subscriptions, gated and synced content between SUCCESS.com and MySUCCESS+, created a virtual SSO between the two properties, and launched native iOS and Android apps.

The hardest part wasn't any single feature — it was connecting everything. We built a virtual SSO powered by WP Fusion so members move freely between SUCCESS.com and MySUCCESS+ without logging in twice. Content published on SUCCESS.com auto-syncs into the membership experience (with no-follow tags to protect SEO), where it's presented in a curated, gated form. A deep HubSpot integration drives access, segmentation, and marketing across both properties, tied together with their existing funnel tools.
